 This two-day workshop aims to deconstruct, dismantle and create something new from what is already there.
  
 We will focus on two main areas: Building something new from existing garments, customizing and using three simple patterns that are deconstructed and altered, we will explore the possibilities that arise and examine the results. Then we will make the unique piece/object. No prior experience/tailoring skills are required for this. Curiosity, some sense of form and interest in individual clothing will suffice. We will work with simple fabrics and materials (Tyvek and cotton twill). We will cut, snip, tuck, drape, maybe even paint.... The aim is to create individual clothing objects that give you the courage and desire to continue on this path of individuality. A statement! Then we will be able to quote Hermann Hesse: There is magic in every beginning!
