 While the way each bird species soars and circles is fixed and unchanging like its predetermined flight paths, plants do not move anywhere, their vibrations remain constant swaying and folding.
  
 Perhaps Sekiguchi Ryōko once saw Christiane Löhr\'s works when she wrote her poem \'Heliotropes\'. For the first time, the critically acclaimed anthology \'Eine raffinierte Grenze aus Licht\' has published outstanding, stylistically concise, lively world designs by a younger generation of Japanese poets in German translation. Butterfly wings, pineapple boats, philosophical drops of water: renowned German-language poets have taken up the challenge of exploring this peculiarity across language barriers and are approaching one of the most exciting literary landscapes of modernity.
 Marion Poschmann, who edited the anthology together with Yoko Tawada, will read poems from it with Jan Wagner, one of the participating poets, at the exhibition.Marion Poschmann has received numerous awards for her poetry collections and novels, most recently the Joseph Breitbach Prize. Her new novel \'Chor der Erinnyen\' was published in 2023, and Jan Wagner, writer and translator, most recently published the poetry collection \'Steine & Erden\'. His work has been awarded the Leipzig Book Fair Prize and the Georg Büchner Prize, among others.
