SUMMARY:Performance workshop. On the trail of the Maestras with Karla M. G
 ötze
DESCRIPTION:"Unforgotten - Sophie Taeuber-Arp and all the pioneers"\, Karla
  M. Götze performer & painter\n"There are no rules\, neither for forms no
 r for colours." Sophie Taeuber-Arp (1922)\n\nThe pioneers\, the wonderful
Arp Museum and our own ideas will provide us with inspiration for the work
shop. We will develop individual\, performative moments together in our se
arch for traces. We will playfully explore our own physical expression. Re
presentational material can be used experimentally. It can become surreal.
The interior or exterior space of the museum offers itself as an exciting
play space and the performative moments are created with the support of t
he performer\, action artist and painter Karla M. Götze: "I work in a par
ticipant-orientated and process-oriented way. Encouraging diversity in ord
er to find one's own artistic expression and thus become visible. Performa
nce is possible with every body\, so EVERYONE is welcome - with or without
previous experience and those who are equally able to do otherwise." "I a
m art" We take this self-confident quote from Elsa Baroness von Freytag-Lo
ringhoven\, also known as DaDa-Baroness in the 1920s\, as a trace into our
  workshop.\n\nPlease bring: comfortable clothing\, suitable shoes\, someth
ing to drink\, your own crockery for our small lunch break\, your own food
and cold drinks if necessary. You can make coffee and tea on site.\n\nCos
 t: 60 euros | plus museum admission\nRegistration required: Karla M. Götz
