The Festiwäldchen is a cultural event that puts the Ahrweiler region centre stage. From 25 to 27 July 2025, the RheinAhrCampus in Remagen will be transformed into a stage for art, music and performance. With workshops and hands-on activities, the festival offers highlights for all age groups.

 

At our Arp Mobile in the Festiwäldchen on the RheinAhrCampus in Remagen, you can find out about the history and architecture of the Arp Museum Bahnhof Rolandseck, our patrons Hans Arp and Sophie Taeuber-Arp, the current special exhibitions and the diverse programme of our museum, which is the only museum in the world dedicated to the work of Hans Arp (1886-1966) and Sophie Taeuber-Arp (1889-1943). As co-founders of Dada and Surrealism, both are regarded as pioneers of abstract art and are among the most important avant-garde artists of the 20th century. At our Arp Mobil today, you can immerse yourself in the world of abstraction and try out how the artist couple worked. Come along and join in!
