Launch of the Paul Magar Virtual Museum

The Paul Magar – Dorothea Hölzer Magar Art Foundation invites you to the opening of Germany’s first entirely virtual art museum. Cultural journalist Claudia Rometsch will guide you on a premiere tour of the Paul Magar Museum. The virtual museum offers access to around 100 paintings by the Bad Godesberg-based artist. Paul Magar (1909–2000) is regarded as a leading figure in post-war art in the Rhineland. His work combines influences from Cubism and abstraction. His work is characterized by clean geometric shapes and vibrant colors.
