Talk. Animals in art from cave paintings to street art at Neuwied Zoo with Nicole Schmidt

Please note: This lecture will be held in German.

 

Our art education teacher, Nicole Schmidt, will be giving a talk on the subject of animals in art as part of the themed evenings at Neuwied Zoo. She will give an overview of the depiction of animals in the various art epochs and discuss the symbolism and meaning of animals. Nicole Schmidt has been working as a pedagogical employee at Neuwied Zoo for over 20 years and at the Arp Museum for 10 years.

 

Please note: Admission to the zoo is from 5.30-6pm via the main entrance to the zoo.
