When Ervis Gega plays “Winter” from the “Four Seasons”, Christmas can't be far away, so elegantly and atmospherically does she paint ice flowers in the lagoon city with her violin. The artistic director of Villa Musica shares the solo part of the “Quattro Stagioni” with three fantastic young violinists. The rest of the ensemble is also all-female, just as it once was in Venice under Vivaldi's direction.
