Mönkemeyer plays Mozart
Nils Mönkemeyer loves his Mozart, which he has already proven as a lecturer at the Villa Musica. Fifteen years ago, he himself was a scholarship holder of the Rhineland-Palatinate state foundation, today he is Germany's most famous violist, professor in Munich and director of the chamber music festival "Klassik für Alle" in Bonn. His detour from Bonn to Rolandseck brings the audience at the Arp Museum early Mozart and romantic pieces by Bruch, rich viola tones and young, dynamic players.
