Body jewellery made of textiles for the exhibition Holly Bodies with Beata Prochowska

In this workshop we will explore how you can adorn your body. We will start with a short historical introduction - history has a lot to say on this subject. Some stories are funny, some are even hair-raising, but... Jewellery and fashion are always interwoven with social developments, which can also be clearly seen today. We will make jewellery in the classic form - necklaces, rings, bracelets, but also accessories such as cuffs and collars. All using textile materials and techniques. Fabrics, ribbons, beads... No previous knowledge is necessary.
