Quartet of the SWR Symphony Orchestra with "classic mobil" at the Arp Museum

"Classic mobil" is the name of the SWR Symphony Orchestra's music education project, with which its members will also be guests at the Arp Museum Bahnhof Rolandseck on 10 January 2024. The orchestra will be represented there with a string quartet and present excerpts from the great works of the quartet literature in an entertaining and moderated short concert lasting around an hour. The Classic Mobil project is not only aimed at classical music connoisseurs, but is also intended to arouse curiosity about classical music in people of all ages and backgrounds, and the quartet will be performing excerpts from string quartets by Mozart, Beethoven, Haydn, Mendelssohn and others at various locations on its week-long tour through the northern Rhineland-Palatinate. The wonderful Richard Meier Building of the Arp Museum is one of the absolute highlights of this short concert tour.
