12:00 – 17:00  |  Arp Museum Bahnhof Rolandseck
Workshop – One-day workshop - Registration necessary

19 Feb 2022

Attention: Please ask Ms. Wal whether participation in English is possible.

Automatic writing, Dada experiment or classic elfs, everything can be explored and tried out. Be inspired by the place and the art. If required, you can artistically design your texts or supplement them with drawings. The only requirement is the joy of writing. Intergenerational and multicultural. For people with and without writing experience.

»Language is infinite and it goes on and on.« Stella Hamberg.

First part of the workshop: We set out on a journey, explore the exhibition in the skylight-flooded Bel-Etage of the Richard Meyer Building with and through physical actions and our attention. In the process, the image and also the word "happen". Concepts come, words come and become sentences; they form contexts, locate and order themselves, follow attractions, are repelled and reassemble themselves. In the second part of the workshop we will graphically transform what we have found, again creating new connections, and in the third part we will create a text. This final processing of words and images will be accompanied and reinforced by short sessions of meditation and sound.
